Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed : the front line hand wash sink Water was 74°. The remote hot water heater was plugged in and achieved 91°.
Establishment increased seating without providing written approval from the local fire authority and wastewater provider. Observed : 28 seats visible when applied for only 14. Seating evaluation form was emailed and explained.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed : old labels are on some of the clean food pans.
