Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. chicken (112F - Hot Holding); beef (98F - Hot Holding); garlic oil mix (96F - Hot Holding) Operator decided to add to tphc chicken and beef. He placed the garlic oil carrot mix in freezer to drop temperature and cold hold. Retemped oil mixture 43F.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Bottle by Three compartment sink with purple liquid inside, employee labeled as degreaser.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Spoon handle in raw falafel mix, operator moved food do handle inside on food directly.
