Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Greater than 200 ppm chlorine, operator ran machine another cycle, no change to sanitizer. Operator will use 3 compartment sink for all dishes and utensils.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Salmon and tuna have asterisk next to them but no consumer advisory on menu to refer to.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Toaster oven at front counter.
