Observed chlorine sanitizer concentration at 200 ppm. Operator immediately discarded the solution and mixed a fresh batch, using chemical test strips to verify the corrected concentration measured 50ppm.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed a bag of commercially shredded cheese opened with no labels inside reach. As per operator opened today at time of opening.
