Employee entered kitchen from outside, put on gloves and began handling food on cook line without washing hands. Manager had employee wash hands and change gloves.

All the items had been in the steam table for 5 hours.

Spoke with Manager and she advised that she reminds him frequently to wash his hands after wiping his fingers on his shirt.
