Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink to the left of the three compartment sink with container of hashbrowns stored in sink. Operator moved. Shelf stored close to the handwash sink at the end of the cook line blocking path. Operator moved.

In-use ice scoop for ice machine located outside not stored in a protected manner between uses. Operator placed inside of a proper container to protect the ice scoop.

Gravy in walk in cooler. Operator dated.
