Employee at cookline cracked raw shell eggs with gloved hands, then reached into pans containing fully-cooked diced ham and handled sliced cheese with the same gloved hands without first washing hands and changing gloves.

Grease receptacle/dumpster not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. Dumpster sitting directly on soil, not on asphalt or other nonabsorbent pad or surface.
