Observed employee constantly wiping gloved hands on apron after preparing and plating various sushi rolls for customer service. Employee was coached on when to change gloves and proper handwashing procedures. Provided flyer regarding proper ways to wear gloves the right way!
Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed brown paper towel lining food containers of cooked sweet plantains and shrimp tempura under heat lamp at sushi station.
