Nonself-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicle operating from an unapproved commissary. New commissary for water and sewer, it's a storage building for their stores when they are building them and order ahead of time; there are 2 boxes of to go containers on shelf used for the food truck and a blender also, operator moved them inside the food truck, I explained that nothing can be stored outside the food truck in this storage building because it doesn't have a license.
