Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed several chemicals stored next to case of plastic water bottles in storage under triple sink.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Standup Reach in freezer has ice build up along bottom of cooler and on shelves.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle.
