Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clean stacked pans on storage shelf in ware washing unable to properly air dry
Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed package of sanitizer wipes stored on box of hot sauce at front service line. Operator removed package of sanitizer wipes.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. slurried raw chicken tenders (44F-46F - Cold Holding) in top of flip top reach-in cooler at entrance to cook line. Operator stated chicken was placed in cooler about 20-30 minutes prior but lid may not have been properly closed on top. Operator removed chicken tenders and placed in walk in frezer to chill
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Clean stacked pans on storage shelf in warewashing area unable to properly air dry. Operator removed wet pans and placed at triple sink to be rewashed and dried properly.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup up on floor and rack in walk in freezer. Operator stated it's already partially repaired, waiting on a bolt to seal area to avoid water from leaking out and freezing.

Ceiling tile missing. Ceiling tile missing above mop sink and also one ceiling tile missing in office area. Operator stated contractor will be back to slide the ceiling tiles back in place.
Hole in or other damage to wall. Hole in wall at water faucet on right at mop sink.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Both hand wash sinks missing hand wash signs. Provided signs for operator and placed at hand wash sinks.
