Ran dish machine multiple times, tested 0ppm. Operator manually prime sanitizer to cleared out air in fitting line, ran dish machine again, re-tested 100ppm.
Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils when using a chemical sanitizer.
