Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Back exit door, along bottom.
Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken. Cracked container on shelving with clean dishes by dish machine. Operator discarded.
Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Trash bags on floor around dumpsters. And lids open. Shared dumpster area with neighboring stores and restaurants.
