Nonfood-grade hose conveying potable water: observed the unit has a potable water hose that it begins with and then transitions to a non-potable hose.
Backflow device not located for convenient service or maintenance access: observed water hose is attached to a splitter that is attached to a spigot that is attached to the city water supply but the line has not been permitted per the City of Fort Walton Beach Building Inspector.
