Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw ground beef over raw swai fish in reach in cooler, employee moved fish to different shelve.
Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately 6 rodent droppings beside reach in freezer in kitchen, approximately 4 rodent droppings behind reach in cooler in kitchen, approximately 7 rodent droppings behind reach in cooler #2 in kitchen, approximately 6 rodent droppings by the fryer and approximately 25 rodent droppings behind reach in freezer #2 in middle of kitchen. Owner and employee cleaned and sanitized all areas rodent droppings were located.

Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop in the mop bucket not stored to dry correctly in the kitchen. Operator moved and stored to dry correctly.
