Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed at the breakfast bar reach in cooler: Yogurt (50F - Cold Holding); Cream cheese (50F - Cold Holding). Operator stated they had been out approximately 2hr. Instructed operator on the proper temperature and the need to keep the cooler at a lower temperature and the operator placed the product in the back reach in cooler.
