Raw or undercooked oysters offered and establishment has no consumer advisory sign provided on wall, menu, placard, table tent or by any other written means. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Observed a tray of half a dozen raw oysters taken to a guest at a table with intentions of being sold like that, without a raw oyster consumer advisory in the establishment. Operator removed raw oysters from table before they were eaten. Raw oyster consumer advisory was printed at the time of inspection to later place them in the dinning rooms of establishment.
