Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed a bagged employee lunch stored above alcohol in their wine walk in cooler. Operator placed it in the employee fridge.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed an employee phone stored above the make table and observed an employee bag stored on top of a soda box in the back. Operator removed the items.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed a prep cook with a watch on. Operator had them remove it.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed an ice scoop handle in contact with ice at the bar. Operator removed it.
Stored food not covered. Observed multiple containers of oysters and one container of fish not covered in their walk in freezer. Operator covered them.
Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed multiple sanitizer buckets stored on the floor of the cook line. Operator placed them on shelves.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Original plan did not show where ice was being scooped at server stations to the left and right of the bar. Operator stated he is in the process of obtaining and installing hand wash sinks at these locations. Observed full screening installed around the outside bar area instead of the listed air curtains on the original plan. The area at this time is fully covered and protected.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed a missing hand wash sign for the outside bar sink. Operator posted a new sign.
Stored food not covered. Observed multiple containers of oysters not covered while stored in the walk in freezer. Operator covered the oysters.
