Observed in flip top cooler beans spouts (55F - Cold Holding); noodles (57F - Cold Holding); roasted corn (55F - Cold Holding); chick peas (54F - Cold Holding); zucchini noodles (56F - Cold Holding); shredded iceberg (55F - Cold Holding); cooked broccoli (55F - Cold Holding). Per operator stored less than 4 hours. Operator placed items walk in cooler for quick chill.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing sink in kitchen blocked by broom and dust pan. Employee removed.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink next to dishwasher area. Operator provided.
