Operator has no window sliding door or mesh screen installed during licensing and will install to complete inspection UNIT MUST HAVE SOLID GLASS SLIDING WINDOW(S) (MADE OF GLASS, PLEXIGLAS, ACRYLIC, ETC...) THAT CAN BE CLOSED TO PROTECT THE FOOD PREPARATION AREAS EXCEPT WHEN FOOD IS ACTUALLY BEING SERVED.
