Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee place gloves on to prepare food without hand washing. Immediately addressed with employee and they washed hands.

No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chemical test strips for what used for wiping cloths.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed no food handler training for food employees. Person in charge stated certifications are at the house.
No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. Observed no written procedures for time controlled butter. Provided plans to person in charge to fill out.
Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall next to deli slicer soiled with food debris.

Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
