Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Cook on cooks line line placing gloves on with no prior hand washing, corrected action, discussed with manager proper hand washing procedures when placing gloves on.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Unable to dispense soap at cooks line employee hand wash sink. Manager replaced soap at time of inspection.
