Cook moved foods to walk in cooler to quick chill. * corrective action taken* 2. Two drawer reach in cooler opposite fryer in cook line raw chicken (45F cold holding ); raw steaks (55F cold holding) held in cooler less than 4 hours ago, operator placed foods on ice to quick chill. Observed Cooler door was not close all the way and cold air escaping. Foods not prepped or portioned today.
