Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Spoke to General Manager all employees must complete training by next routine inspection.
Standing water in floor drain/floor drain draining very slowly. Observed water on the floor grout near dump sink located front server area, has bad odor, Spoke to Manager concerning the plumbing.

Checked temperatures in the refrigerator drawers several food items are not at proper temperature 52f or higher, recommend refrigeration to be checked by a professional company immediately.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed two broken hinges on the door used for whole shell eggs not able to close properly. hinges must be adjusted to keep door closed properly to maintain proper temperature 41f stored inside reach in cooler drawers located on cook line.

Checked dish machine two times not sanitizing properly 0 ppm chlorine spoke to Manager must notify company immediately, must use 3 compartment sink wash, rinse and sanitizer until machine repaired.
Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Observed employee cracked raw shell eggs wearing gloves then handled a clean plate while wearing the same gloves without washing hands on the cook line. Spoke to General Manager.
