Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Milk in carton in flip top reach in cooler at 45F. Employee states milk was left out on the counter for approximately 10 minutes. Milk placed in reach-in freezer and temperature taken approximately 10 minutes later at 40F.
