Observed raw hamburger patties stored on top and located at the bottom portion a box of sliced mushrooms. Operator removed and stored correctly.

Observed at front counter sliced American cheese (51F - Cold Holding) per operator item was held at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes while preparing orders before being placed in front counter cold holding unit. Not portion or prepared today. Operator placed cheese in reach in cooler to chill.
