Observed: Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Re packaged chicken over beef and pork in upright freezer. All frozen. WARNINGS 35A-02-7 Observed: Live, small flying insects found Approximately 3-4 small flying insects observed in area of triple sink and employee restroom. No flying insects observed on food and /or food contact surfaces at time of the inspection. Supervisor Adamson notified Reference: 509.221(7) FS: The operator of any establishment licensed under this chapter shall take effective measures to protect the establishment against the entrance and the breeding on the premises of all vermin. Any room in such an establishment infested with such vermin shall be fumigated, disinfected, renovated, or other corrective action taken until the vermin are exterminated. Priority: High Priority
