Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Pan containing raw chicken stored on shelf above box containing raw shell eggs inside reach-in cooler near walk-in cooler. Manager moved the raw eggs to a higher shelf during this inspection.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Backflow prevention device missing at indoor mop sink.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Ice chute and area around ice chute at fountain machine soiled with mold-like substance. Manager had an employee clean the fountain machine during this inspection.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Several employees handling food in kitchen with bracelets and watches on wrists. Manager had all employees remove all bracelets and watches during this inspection.
No waste receptacle installed at handwash sink provided with disposable towels. No trash can near handwash sink in warewash area.
