Observed Establishment open and operating without a license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Operator must obtain a public food service license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within 60 days. Submit a license application and payment to DBPR/Bureau of Central Intake Unit, 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-0783. Observed the following food temperatures less than 135°F; beef empanadas (73F - Hot Holding); spinach empanadas (70F - Hot Holding); chicken empanadas (70F - Hot Holding) All were located in display case on front counter. As per manager food had only been out for about 1 hour. Chef moved. All to reach in cooler.
Handwash sink removed from dishwashing area. Reviewed plans with operator and advised that handwashing sink must be reinstalled in the same location where removed.
