Per employee food held less than 4 hours, employees moved back food containers to walk in cooler for a quick chill.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 100ppm), employee made new solution, quaternary, 200 ppm.
