Operator removed the food items to the walk in cooler. Also observed cut tomatoes (51F - Cold Holding); cut lettuce (50F - Cold Holding); spinach (53F - Cold Holding) inside open lids reach in cooler (left side) located at the front counter. Operator placed the food items under ice.

As per operator, cooked and placed into the cabinet 45 minutes before the inspection. Observed operator reheat the cooked chicken to 170F. Also adjusted the temperature on the heated cabinet.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Prep kitchen: bucket with sanitizer solution stored on a bottom shelf of a prep table by cans of black beans.

Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Walk in cooler: employees personal food stored on a shelf of spring mixture. Discussed with the operator the proper methods. Operator moved the personal food out of the walk in cooler.
