Cooler has an ambient temperature of 44F. Manager removed and placed in walk in cooler. Observed in table top cooler closer to drive through window Cole slaw (64F - Cold Holding). Pan was sitting inside pan with lettuce. Manager removed and placed inside reach in cooler.

Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed splitter added to mop sink with back flow device incorrectly installed before the splitter. Splitter has two hoses connected. Manager removed splitter until they receive additional back flow device.

Inspector provided written document for the non continuous cooking procedure. Manager will update
