Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the reach in cooler by the takeout window observed pepperoni (50F - Cold Holding), as per employee placed in the unit less than 1 hour ago, employee adding ice to the food to rapidly cool.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed a container with utensils stored in the hand wash sink, employee removed it on site.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Microwave interior has some old food stain.
