Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Employees were washing, rinsing and placing to dry salad spinner, cutting boards and utensils without sanitizing, advised operator to set up triple sink to properly sanitize dishes.
