Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until approved sanitizer is available for warewashing. Bleach available at the establishment is for Laundry and non-food contact surfaces. Employee contact operator to buy approved sanitizer at time of inspection.
Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Employee washed and rinsed food containers without sanitize.
