In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils in water at 105F at flat top grill. Operator removed utensils to dish, replaced the water and moved the water container to a warmer area of the cookline.

Cookies at front counter offered for self service without proper labeling. Operator moved cookies behind the counter, stopped self service.
