Wiping cloth solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed stored in a location that could result in the cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles: observed quatrenary amonium solution for wiping cloths tested to over 500ppm (test strip was blue instead of green. Owner/Operator made a new solution that tested to 200ppm.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food: raw bacon on shelf in walk-in cooler over opened packages of unsliced deli meats. Owner/Operator rearranged the foods for proper storage.
Food stored on floor: bag of ice on floor in walk-in freezer. Owner/Operator placed bag of ice on a shelf.
