Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Watermelon drink made on premises and bottled for self service, no ingredients, no date, no establishment information on bottle. Educated operator she cannot sell the drink until it is properly labeled.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Foam cup used to scoop peanuts, educated operator requires a handle and she discarded.
Cardboard used to line food-contact shelves. Cardboard lining the interior of white chest freezer. Cardboard inside two door reach in cooler lining shelf under lettuce. Inspector removed and educated operator.
