At 2:30pm found raw shrimp (60F); raw fishes (45-48F); cooked chicken (53F); crab cakes (48F); stuffed crab shells (49F) stored in reach in cooler in frying station at the end of the cook line. Cooler has an ambient temperature of 51F. Employee stated food was restocked from the walk in cooler at 10:30am. Manager moved food to the walk in freezer. loaded bake potatoes (45-48F); white cheddar cheese (48F); hotdogs (52F); spinach cakes (45F) stored in reach in cooler in grill station on cook line. Reach in cooler has an ambient temperature of 41.9F. Employee stated food restocked from the walk in cooler approximately 2 hours ago. Manager placed bags of ice over food.
