Quaternary ammonium sanitizer at triple sink not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. *The distribution device is malfunctioning, operator contacted district manager who will have it serviced today. Advised operator to manually measure quaternary sanitizer concentrate per instructions located on bottle and they re-sanitized the pans that were washed prior to inspector's arrival.
