Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. spinach (48F - Cold Holding); steak (50F - Cold Holding) food items stored on pizza make line. Per employee they been busy and left the flip top door open. Employee closed door. Employee stated food items been in the cooler since 11am. Other cooler food items are 41F or below.
