Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee filling garlic sauce from a bag, into squeeze bottles. Employee touching sauce when squeezing the bag. Employee went to wash hands and put gloves on.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense corn meal at front counter. Operator removed.
Raw mushrooms dispensed out of a cardboard box not washed prior to placing them into a clean container in prep area. Operator went to wash mushrooms.
