Observed chicken (46F - Cold Holding); beef (46F - Cold Holding); pasta (46F - Cold Holding) in flip top reach in cooler. Per employee, all products placed in the reach in approximately three hours prior. All moved to walk in cooler to quickly chill and 15 minutes later products were 42F-45F. Operator added ice to reach in cooler.
