Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed dish machine being used with no soap provided to unit. Soap container empty. May not use dish machine until soap is able to automatically dispense.
Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Observed greasy residue on pans stored at clean dish dry rack.
