No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at hand wash sink by 5th compartment sink. Operator provided paper towels.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. At time of inspection two food handler training certificates for employees who hold food manager certification and no other proof of food handling employee training with multiple employed over 60 days.
