Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside top of refrigerated make-table: sausage (49F - Cold Holding). Sausage is filled above the safe-load line and the lids have been left open. Manager stated the pan of sausage was placed into the make-table approximately four hours prior and voluntarily discarded the sausage during this inspection.
