Nonservice animals in the food establishment or on premises. Observed a customer who walked in to place a to go order, walk in with his German Shepherd. Customer works next door and takes dog with him. Dog has no vest or anything indicating that it's a service dog. Spoke with manager and advised to speak with customer and let him know that it is not allowed.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed hoods in pizza oven with build up of grease
