No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at hand wash sink next to pizza making station and across from oven. Operator stated that they had just run out of soap at that sink and it was on the next delivery.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed music speaker on back food preparation table next to lockers. Operator removed speaker.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no employees must wash hands sign in woman's restroom. Operator replaced hand wash sign.
