At current rate of cooling product will not reach 41F within 4 hours. Advised operator to remove lid and place in walk in cooler.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed spray bottle containing unknown chemical not labeled. Operator discarded chemical and rinsed out spray bottle. Operator filled with Quat sanitizer and labeled properly.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed water draining from pipe into large plastic tub at three compartment sink.
