Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Dish machine not in use, operator using 3 compartment sink, operator states they do not use dish machine and they are removing, advised to contact Tallahassee prior to removal or machine has to be functioning
